A. It depends. There are several factors with include number of employees, number of pays each month, live check or direct deposit and other services we may be doing for the business. We try to offer a package which includes all the services you want completed with an easy to understand monthly fee. Though I know most would like to see a price list, the reality is it is not that simple. The best course is to have a conversation about what you are wanting and how we might be able to meet those needs.
Q. What payment frequencies do you offer?
A. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly as well as some less used modes.
Q. Can my employees use an app or website to clock in and out?
A. Yes, we can include a cloud based time keeping app which offers more benefits than just keeping time. The app can also track vacations, PTO and Overtime. We retrieve the hours from your app to do your payroll.
Q. How long does it take for a direct deposit?
A. 3 days from when the payroll was entered. so if payroll was entered on a Monday, the earliest delivery would be Wednesday. We can do a overnight deposit for an additional fee.
Q. I have always done payroll this way, why should I hire a firm to do it form me?
